Vic Ciancetta joins the Jacobs Realty Group team as a financial analyst. Commercial real estate is in his blood with relatives throughout the industry. Prior to joining the JRG team, he has interned with CB Richard Ellis and Coco Management Realty Inc. At CBRE he worked closely with an Investment Properties team performing both market and financial analysis on large scale commercial properties. While working for Coco Management, he was exposed to the landlord and ownership aspect of the real estate industry. He worked directly with building facilities managers as well as tenants. He was also introduced to evaluating financial statements from a landlord’s perspective. Victor has attended the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University where he was active in the Real Estate Society, Finance Society and Gamma Iota Sigma. Outside of clubs he is involved with Back on My Feet and various services projects throughout Philadelphia which are run by Saint Joe’s. When it comes to perseverance on a tough deal- come talk to Vic. He just finished the Philadelphia Marathon in November!
