December 1, 2011- Congrats to Jim Jacobs of JRG, for doing a deal with the largest retailer in the country, Walmart. Jacobs recently inked a lease at a non-disclosed 45,000 SF building. “Walmart is huge, not only in our area, but throughout the Philadelphia region. We spoke to them and they needed additional storage for layaway items for the busy Christmas season. We were happy to work with them and find them exactly what they needed. After all, every kid wants some great toys under their Christmas tree! We’re happy to do our part!”
