If you’re looking for the next “rising young star” in commercial real estate, you don’t need to look much further than Patrick Oates.
Patrick attended Malvern Preparatory School as well at Saint Joseph’s University.
Patrick originally started with JRG as an intern, but quickly became a pivotal part of the squad and was promoted to an agent. Pat’s worked with a number of local banks scouting new locations as well as a number of retailers looking to expand in the area.
Pat’s a local guy, growing up in the Paoli area and has played for various local sports teams growing up, including the elite Junior Flyers Ice Hockey AAA Travel Team. He knows the area inside out, and has a number of key relationships in the region. He’s also been one of the captains of the Saint Joseph’s University Ice Hockey team and is involved with the annual Devon Horse Show.
Pat specializes in tenant representation for retail tenants.
