Ketan Vora joins the Jacobs Realty Group Board of Advisors with an extensive commercial real estate and finance background. Ketan is a Principal of Edgewater Advisors LLC, a West Chester, PA based firm providing advisory services to financial institutions and middle market companies in transactions ranging from restructuring, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital placement.

Ketan has over twenty years of diverse financial, operating and management experience across multiple industries in various stages ranging from bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions to high growth. His extensive experience also includes serving as a senior loan workout officer and lender with a large financial institution. He has also served as the CFO for a large privately held residential, multifamily and commercial developer/operator in the Mid Atlantic region. Representative real estate projects during the period ranged from a planned community to mixed-use development with products ranging from multi-family, retail, affordable housing, single family, specialty real estate, hospitality and town center.

Ketan has been involved in forming and growing an investment and property management company representing the hospitality industry’s premier brands in the Mid Atlantic region. He was also a senior manager of a Big Five consulting firm retained to advise and assist an industry leader in loan servicing and executed a comprehensive analysis, due diligence and acquisition of a $16.0 Billion CMBS multi product servicing portfolio.

His representative clients include publicly traded and privately held companies. He has undertaken intensive operating turnarounds, growth and merger and acquisitions of companies in real estate, apparel, public works, hi-tech, manufacturing, distribution and transportation.

During his career, Ketan has transacted in acquisition, restructuring, operating and financing transactions in excess of $ 1 Billion. Through his significant and diverse work experience, he has been able to provide his clients with hands on management, financial and operating expertise.

Ketan graduated from the University of Scranton with a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and residesin West Chester, PA.
