Jackie Christman is a 10 year veteran of the retail brokerage and development industry. Prior to joining Jacobs Realty Group as Senior Vice President, Jackie was Vice President of Legend Properties, Inc. specializing in Landlord/Tenant representation, Acquisition and Disposition, Central Business Districts and Development.
Ms. Christman was responsible for the site selection and lease negotiations for Tenants (including Kildares Irish Pub, Keith Development Corporation, Tractor Supply, Pizza Hut, Target, Iron Hill Brewery, PJ Ryans and Baxters) in multiple metropolitan locations. Her sales and leasing portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet includes both her tenant/buyer representation and landlord/seller representation.
Jackie is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania and a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Tri-State Commercial Association of Realtors, Chester County Chamber of Commerce, West Chester Chamber of Commerce and additionally a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
