Who we are
At Jacobs Realty Group (JRG), we are a commercial real estate brokerage unlike any other.
We understand how important it is for you to fill your property, or to find the right space. We’ve done deals with some of the largest national and regional players, as well as new upstart local businesses.
While many of us have prior experience working for larger firms, we’ve found that those firms cannot provide the level of service and attention to detail that we can. That is why we formed JRG.
As a medium size business, we realize that when a client is leasing, or deciding to buy or sell commercial real estate, it is one of the most important decisions they will make in a lifetime. Your business and livelihood is not “just another transaction” at JRG!
Sure, we’ve done deals with large clients (Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and Wawa to name few – check out our “Testimonials” page) but we are also very active in the local community.
You will often see members of our team running marathons, triathlons, playing guitar in a band, coaching local sports teams, or at a morning networking event. A few of our members have professional sports backgrounds. Bottom line, in a tough economy, we know what it takes to fight through the adversity to not only get you a deal, but get you the right deal.
Our agents are trustworthy, highly responsive, creative, and will fight tooth and nail, in your best interest, to get the transaction completed. We have access to proprietary information, recent sales and leases, and who’s “on the move” in the area- information that makes all the difference.
